Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had a strange smell like a toilet and were not the cleanest, but they were a good size and facing Sunset Blvd which was nice. Liz from the staff really stood out for being friendly and going above and beyond, although the housekeeping was a bit lacking. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions, but the street outside was a little too crowded for my liking. The dining options were basic but filling, and the breakfast had a couple of hot protein choices, which was unexpected. The facilities were decent, but the dining room felt too small for the number of guests. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
The hotel had well-furnished and clean rooms, although some noise from outside could be bothersome. The service was average with some issues encountered, and the location was great for accessing Hollywood attractions. The dining options were decent, but not exceptional.
The hotel has very nice rooms, but they were not adequate for such a large number of guests. There were a few bugs in the bathroom, but nothing major. The rooms are very nice compared to the bathroom.
The hotel had bright and airy rooms that were very clean, but they were too small for 4 people with limited space for luggage. The black-out pull-down shades under thin curtains were a nice touch, but there was a pipe leaking in the bathroom. The service was helpful and friendly overall, although there was one instance of rudeness. The location was excellent, near the Hollywood Walk of Fame with convenient access to shops and restaurants. The dining options had a small variety and were not worth the higher price paid. Overall, a basic hotel with some good and bad points to consider.
The hotel I stayed in was near the road and spacious, offering comfortable rooms that were patrolled at night. The service had a mix of rude individuals but also featured a standout staff member, Liz, who went above and beyond to assist us. The location, although potentially intimidating at night with homeless people around, was ultimately safe and convenient, ideal for exploring Hollywood. The dining options varied, with some good and bad experiences, but still provided a decent selection. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs in different aspects.
The hotel is conveniently located for Hollywood attractions, with friendly and helpful staff. While the rooms had some issues like hidden mirrors and sound transmission, the overall experience was pleasant.
